Project Management & Installation
We utilize internal project managers that guide a project from design through installation. The selected project manager will team with the responsible salesperson to insure that all aspects of a project are completed correctly and on time.
CBI’s internal staff has installed projects from 1 office to approximately 300 workstations as well as re-configuring existing customer locations to meet their changing needs. Although we maintain an experienced staff, for larger projects we team with outside installers to insure a sufficient level of experienced installers to meet the most demanding project schedules. Together we have completed several projects in recent years and our relationship has developed into a seamless partnership.
